Accommodation includes 5 houses with 11 apartments offering 12 bedrooms. Many of the bedrooms have their own private balconies and offer the most spectacular views of the sea.
The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and/or air conditioning units.

Two extra-large apartments are designed and constructed as "hurricane shelters" in accordance with the latest hurricane building codes.
Five of the apartments are fully equipped with kitchenettes and all rooms are tastefully furnished.

The property also features a lounge with the most spectacular panoramic ocean view, well established Restaurant and Bar with seating capacity that exceeds 30 persons.
Annexed buildings include a manager’s office with full suite, a staff room, 2 garages, a laundry and a spacious workshop.
