The property consists of two commercial buildings and associated eternal works on a parcel of land.
Buildings on site: (1) 3600 sq. ft. / Two floors, (2) 960 Sq. ft one floor.
Building 1 is a two-story, steel framed building with a reinforced concrete ground floor on reinforced concrete foundations. The building has lower-level concrete block walls overlaid with heavy gauge metal sheeting on the exterior. Similar gauge sheeting covers the roof, and the building is enclosed using aluminum framed windows and timber doors.
Internally, the building is divided into a lobby, a manager’s office with en-suite bathroom facilities, four other offices, a central work area, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a storage room.
Internal finishes include acoustic tiled ceilings and plywood ceilings dependent on the area of the building, gypsum (sheetrock) cladding to walls, masonry render to the central block walls and ceramic tiles the floors. Services to the building include hot and cold water, dual voltage electricity and air conditioning.

There are three entrances to the lower floor: the main entry at the front and entrances at the rear left side, and the right front corners of the building. The main entry door opens into a large, open (office) space which is separated from a collection of smaller office spaces, an electrical/utility room, a kitchenette, and male and female bathrooms toward the rear of the building. The floors are finished with heavy duty vinyl tile in the front section of the building and ceramic tile within the offices. The walls are made from painted gypsum boarding on metal frames.
The upper mezzanine floor is accessed via an internal stair at the right front corner of the building and consists of a large open area with a void at the rear section which allows viewing of the floor below. The floor is constructed using a concrete slab on a steel deck and truss arrangement and is finished using ceramic tile.

Building 2 is a single office building made using a reinforced concrete deck on concrete foundations between two 40ft storage containers, each supported using reinforced concrete foundations. The entire structure is covered using a timber framed roof with metal roof sheets and it is enclosed using aluminum framed windows and both metal and shop-front type doors.
