In the picturesque parish of St. David, Grenada, a new resort development, Six Senses, a product of Grenada’s thriving
Investment Migration program, is set to become the centerpiece of economic revitalization for the surrounding neighborhoods.
The US$100 million project, spanning over 38 acres at La Sagesse, is the newest addition to the IHG’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio.
It has 56 pool suites and 15 villas, ranging from one, two and four bedrooms, all with large outdoor terraces and private

The initial phases of construction of the resort, is virtually completed and was inaugurated on April 12, 2024.
The property presently employs over 200 people, many from the local community, offering a diverse range of
positions from hospitality and culinary roles to maintenance and administrative positions.
