Ministry of Communications and Works
Hyacinth served as the Building Surveyor.
Key duties included building inspections, evaluations, compliance and regulations, cost estimating, and project management.
The Government of Grenada created this position to retain Hyacinth’s services.

Ministry of Finance
Hyacinth served as the Chief Valuation Officer. Key duties included assessing property values throughout the tri-island state for the purposes of annual property taxation.
Hyacinth made history by becoming the first recorded Valuation Officer for the Ministry.

Property Development Agency (PDA)
Founded by Dr. Barrymore and Hyacinth McBarnette.
PDA is known for conceptualizing and developing a well-known area, which exceeds 60-acres, in Grand Anse, called Karland Park.

ROMAC Construction
Founded by Dr. Barrymore and Hyacinth McBarnette. A subsidiary of PDA, specializing in design and construction of residential and commercial buildings.
Among other successful projects, ROMAC Construction was a key partner in the construction of Grenada’s Financial Complex.

World-Renowned Franchise, Grenada
Founded by Dr. Barrymore and Hyacinth McBarnette. During its tenure, the franchise established itself as a household name and paved the way for the growth and success of the real estate industry in Grenada.
This was the first international real estate franchise to operate in Grenada.
The founders received Hall of Fame awards throughout their tenure at this World-Renowned Franchise.
