Hyacinth holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, England, and serves as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She was the first Valuation Officer at the Valuation Division of the Inland Revenue Department, Ministry of Finance. Hyacinth also served as a Building Surveyor at the Ministry of Communication and Works and was the inaugural Housing Officer at the Grenada Development Bank (GDB). Hyacinth later co-founded Property Development Agency, a company that acquires and develops land for residential use; and served as the project manager of her own construction company, ROMAC Construction, which erected residential and commercial buildings. It was after these many accomplishments that Hyacinth and her husband acquired and operated a World Renowned Franchise. During her tenure, she received many coveted World Renowned Franchise awards and has proven to be one of the region’s Top Producing Real Estate Agents. It is with great enthusiasm and dedication that Hyacinth leads the McB REALTY team.
A people-oriented individual with a wide range of social interests, Karl went on to earn his B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Information Technology from St. George’s University (SGU). Karl McBarnette became an active member of a World Renowned Franchise in Grenada in 2008, entering at a marketing level and transitioning to property management. From there, he graduated to property rentals before becoming a Sales Associate and focusing his time and energy on property sales. During his journey with the World Renowned Franchise in Grenada, Karl remained committed to ongoing education, completing several training seminars in Luxury Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and beyond. He brings a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and a new approach to McB REALTY to meet the needs of current and future generations.

André McBarnette holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Civil Engineering, as well as a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, from Florida Atlantic University. A licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he brings more than 15 years of experience in engineering, project management, client service, contract negotiation, and business development to his role at McB REALTY.
His engineering career began in Florida with MWH Global, now part of Stantec, before he joined CDM Smith in Texas, where he advanced into senior project management and client service leadership roles. Throughout his career, he managed complex, multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams through every stage of project delivery. These responsibilities strengthened his ability to assess risk, negotiate effectively, solve complex problems, and deliver results while maintaining the confidence of clients and all project stakeholders.
Drawing on this experience, he provides clients with a structured, informed, and dependable approach to real estate. As a Real Estate Associate and member of McB REALTY’s leadership team, he listens carefully, communicates clearly, and manages each transaction with diligence and accountability. He works to earn his clients’ trust by providing honest guidance, protecting their interests, and helping them make well-informed decisions throughout the process.
