Regulated by the Grenada Citizenship Act, investors may qualify for Grenada citizenship via a government contribution or real estate investment.
Benefits of Grenada Citizenship
- Valid photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or National ID card)
- Proof of income (e.g., a job letter, work contract, or your most recent paystub)
- A copy of the Title documents or Deeds of Conveyance provided by the seller
- Property valuation provided by an approved valuator
- An agreement for sale that states the property’s purchase price
- Bank statements showing any existing loan balances
Qualifications
- Main Applicant & Spouse must be 18 or older.
- Children between the ages of 18-30 must be fully supported by the main applicant.
- Parents and grandparents ages 55+ must be fully supported by the main applicant.
- Siblings of the main applicant may apply if they are unmarried, have no children, and are fully supported by the main applicant.
- The applicant should not have a criminal record.
- Applications for individuals who have been denied a visa from any countries with visa-free travel agreement with Grenada will be rejected.
Investment Options
Government Contribution
- Single applicant: US$150,000
- Single applicant and spouse: US$200,000
- Single applicant, spouse, and up to 2 dependents: US$200,000
- Each qualifying applicant (after the third) requires an additional US$25,000
Real Estate Investment
Applicants may also invest in an approved real estate project to attain Grenada citizenship. The property must be maintained for a minimum of 5 years.
- Single applicant: Minimum of US$220,000 with an application fee of US$1,500
- Single applicant and spouse: Minimum of US$220,000 with an application fee of US$3,000
- Single applicant, spouse, and up to 2 dependents: Minimum of $US220,000 with an application fee of US$6,000

- Each qualifying dependent (after the third) US$25,000
